What is Faith?

Faith is not wishful thinking or blind belief. It is the present possession of a future reality, rooted in the unchanging character of God. Hebrews 11 shows us that real faith is active, not passive. It moves its feet, bears burdens with others, and values Christ above every temporary comfort. Whether God delivers us from trials or calls us home through them, faith holds on because He is still good. The heroes of Hebrews 11 did not have perfect circumstances. They had a perfect God, and so do we.
