The Grand Blueprint of Redemptive History
The Bible tells one unified story of redemption, and understanding the covenants at its center changes everything about how we read Scripture and how we live. God made unconditional promises to Abraham, gave the law through Moses to expose humanity's inability to meet His standard, and narrowed His promise to an eternal throne through David. Every one of those covenants pointed forward to Jesus, who fulfilled them all completely. The New Covenant is not a revised version of the old. It is entirely new in quality and essence, bringing internal transformation, direct access to God, and total pardon for sin. The law is no longer written on stone but on the heart by the Holy Spirit, and God declares that He will remember our sins no more. You cannot earn what Christ has already secured. Rest in what He has done.
